What started as a personal passion has grown into a small but mighty team from diverse career backgrounds—including design, sustainability, and logistics—all united by a love of creating spaces that truly work for the people who live in them.

Our founder, Tracy Motz, has lived in NYC for over 20 years and is a mother of two active daughters. With a background spanning marketing, photography, and even a motorcycle journey through the Americas, she brings a unique perspective to organization and design. Now, she channels her passion for arranging, greenscaping, and feng shui into helping families feel at home in their spaces.
